The ShockEater® Recoil Pad is the latest advancement in energy absorption and recoil dispersion. It keeps you shooting longer, while increasing accuracy, comfort, and consistency with your long guns.

Made with proprietary Nano-Poly™ technology, the ShockEater Recoil Pad is designed to reduce peak felt recoil without increasing length of pull or altering appearance. At only 8 mm thick and 1.4 ounces in weight, it provides superior shock absorption in a form that is lighter and thinner than any foam or gel can provide.

The ShockEater Recoil Pad is conformal to the shoulder area, supporting proper gun fit and improving pitch and toe angles at the butt-stock. This combination of unique fit and absorption properties allow for maximum comfort and reduced felt recoil. More comfort, less pain means hitting your target with greater consistency.  The ShockEater Recoil Pad is compatible with many of the leading shooting vests and shirts, making it the optimal accessory for a variety of shooters from first timers to seasoned veterans.

My husband bought me the Shock Eater recoil pad because I was getting some bruising after shooting only one round of trap. I admit I was skeptical this would work any better than several other pads I had tried. I am extremely pleased to say that I was WRONG!! I feel no recoil whatsoever, and have no bruising on the shoulder area since using the Shock Eater in my shooting vest. Very much worth the purchase!!

This product was recommended to me by a friend before I took my wife to Argentina on a dove shoot. I decided to get us each one. After shooting 500 to 1000 rounds per day, this pad proved to be amazing and neither of us had any soreness or bruising! Jack and his son have developed an amazing product........that really works! I have told many friends about it and everyone has raved about it. Buy it, try it, you'll love it too!

Recently purchased the recoil pad. Used it briefly last week on trap and skeet fields. Felt no recoil discomfort. Good product.

I bought this recoil pad for my daughter for clay birds because she was getting a sore shoulder. She loved it so much I bought one for my son, husband and myself. The difference is amazing. It really absorbs the recoil, and no more bruising, even with a whole day of shooting. We all highly recommend this product.

After injuring my cervical vertebrae, I was unable to shoot. After a number of months of medication and therapy, I slowly returned to shooting trap and sporting clays. Three things helped in my return to shotgun sports: 1) the installation of a RAD-II recoil reducer on my shotguns; 2) reducing shot shell payloads from 1-1/8 oz. to 1 oz. and 7/8 oz.; and 3) installing a Shock Eater in my Wild Hare vest. The first two items helped a great deal, but the third item was what put me over the top and let me re-enjoy these sports without discomfort.
