The ShockEater® Recoil Pad is the latest advancement in energy absorption and recoil dispersion. It keeps you shooting longer, while increasing accuracy, comfort, and consistency with your long guns.
Made with proprietary Nano-Poly™ technology, the ShockEater Recoil Pad is designed to reduce peak felt recoil without increasing length of pull or altering appearance. At only 8 mm thick and 1.4 ounces in weight, it provides superior shock absorption in a form that is lighter and thinner than any foam or gel can provide.
The ShockEater Recoil Pad is conformal to the shoulder area, supporting proper gun fit and improving pitch and toe angles at the butt-stock. This combination of unique fit and absorption properties allow for maximum comfort and reduced felt recoil. More comfort, less pain means hitting your target with greater consistency. The ShockEater Recoil Pad is compatible with many of the leading shooting vests and shirts, making it the optimal accessory for a variety of shooters from first timers to seasoned veterans.
Note: Not designed for Beretta, Eddie Bauer, or Orvis vests. Pad can be used with these brands, but must be secured or pinned within pocket as garments from these brands have oversized pockets.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
To install, simply insert the ShockEater Recoil Pad into the shooting pad pocket on the inside of your vest, shirt, or jacket with the flat side against your body. The ShockEater® logo should be on the bottom and facing out. You are now ready to “Eat the Kick” and shoot more comfortably than ever before. Remove the recoil pad from the garment before dry cleaning or laundering.

Amazing what this recoil pad can do! I was skeptical when my husband ordered it for me, however once I tried it, I won't be shooting without it! Reduces recoil drastically and doesn't "fetch up" when shouldering my gun quickly. Two thumbs up!

I was doubtful myself of its ability to absorb impacts and, in fact, researched on return policy. Then I went ahead and got one. Went to gun range with my Browning BLR 270. The very first round - hardly felt the recoil to my enormous surprise. After 24 rounds still easy to take the recoil. Improved my groupings as well. Such thin gell has great shock spread so ended up with no sore shoulder. Highly recommended...

Allows for better gun mount then other products. Felt recoil is greatly reduced but I wouldn't say any more than other similar products from Browning and Beretta. Well worth the money for the above noted reason.
